Delivery Policy

Visualaura Studio delivers a digital product. Your wedding invitation is a private website link — no physical items are shipped.

How it’s delivered

Your invitation is delivered as a private, shareable web link (for example, yournames.visualaurastudio.com), sent to your email and/or WhatsApp.

Timeline

Your first draft is prepared within 5–7 business days of payment and receipt of your details and photos. Timelines may extend for larger revisions or fully custom (Excellence) work.

Express delivery

Our optional Express Delivery add-on moves your project to the front of the queue for a faster turnaround.

Completion

After you approve the design, your final link is delivered and goes live.

How long your invitation stays live

Your invitation link remains live and active from the date of delivery until three (3) months after your wedding date. Extended access can be arranged on request.

Delays

If we ever expect a delay, we will let you know by email or WhatsApp.
