Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every invitation is a custom, made-to-order digital service. The following applies to cancellations and refunds:

Before design work begins

If you have paid but not yet submitted your details, or we have not yet started work, you may cancel for a full refund.

After your first draft is shared

Once we have shared your first draft, the base package fee is non-refundable, as bespoke design work has already been carried out. Any unused paid add-ons may be refunded at our discretion.

After approval and delivery

Once you approve the design and your final link is delivered, the order is complete and non-refundable.

Duplicate or accidental payments

Any duplicate or accidental payment is refunded in full.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
