By purchasing from or using visualaurastudio.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

Visualaura Studio creates custom digital wedding invitation and Save-the-Date websites, delivered to you as a private, shareable web link. Ours is a digital design service — no physical goods are shipped.

2. Orders & personalisation

After payment, you’ll be asked to share your details (names, photos, event information). We design your invitation around the template and tier you selected and refine it with you until it is approved.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the Site in your applicable currency and are payable in full at checkout through our payment provider, Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

4. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any names, photos, and text you send us, and you grant us permission to use them solely to create your invitation.

5. Intellectual property

Template designs, artwork, and code remain the property of Visualaura Studio. On full payment you receive a licence to use your personalised invitation for your event. You may not resell or redistribute our templates.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

7. Revisions & approval

Each tier includes reasonable revisions until you approve the final design. Once approved and the final link is delivered, the project is considered complete.

8. Availability of your invitation

Your personalised invitation link remains live and accessible from the date of delivery until three (3) months after your wedding date. Extended access can be arranged on request.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
